DIY Bathroom Shelving

A few wooden boards and a thick rope can give your bathroom a distinguished look. For this project you need: 3 wood shelves (21×8 cm), a thick rope (130’’), 6 dowels (4’’ long), a power drill, a strong hook, dark walnut wood stain, paint brushes and wood matte finish. Clean the wooden shelves with a wire brush and drill two lateral holes, large enough for the rope to fit in. Stain the boards by applying a thin layer of dark walnut stain, let dry and apply the matte finish. Pass the rope through the shelves connecting them at the desired distance and secure the ends by making knots under the last shelf. Insert dowels under each shelf, through the rope, and proceed to fixate the shelves on the wall and ceiling, passing the rope through the hook. Store in your bathroom supplies and admire your new bathroom look!
