If you ran out of ideas when it comes to Christmas decorations, why don’t you try an easy do-it-yourself project that is loads of fun? If you have kids, you can ask them to join the fun and make some sequin Christmas trees together. They`ll lend you a hand and make something nice for Santa as well. And you can spend some time with your kids engaging in fun activities such as this one. These sequin Christmas trees are perfect Christmas decorations but they can also be offered as Christmas gifts. You`ll be using some pins, a lot of sequins, some jingle bells, a Styrofoam tree and that’s it. You can make as many sequin Christmas trees as you like. Although it is quite easy to make these sequin Christmas trees, they take up a lot of time. Around one or one and a half hour to make one sequin Christmas tree. You just have to pin the sequins into the Styrofoam tree. Try choosing sequins that have small gaps or holes in them to make your job easier. You can overlap the sequins making sure there is no space left to reveal the original Styrofoam surface. The top of the tree will remain empty but you can easily fix that by adding some jingle bells. Use some hot glue to stick the jingle bells to the top of the sequin Christmas tree. These trees are very expensive in shops, but you will spend less than $10 for two or three of these trees. And the Christmas lights really make these beauties shine and enchant the room.
